Tech SpecsThe Hero is a heavy-duty floor scrubber designed for very high productivity. 30 gallons of solution capacity and up to 5 hours of run time allow the cleaning of large facilities quickly. With 3 choices of deck styles, we can accommodate virtually any floor and soil combination. With all 3 decks, disk, cylindrical and the EDGE® orbital deck, mating the right brush or pad with your deck will give you unparalleled results.
Big cleaning jobs require big performance. This means the largest puncture proof tires and casters in the Hero’s class, driven by an oversized transaxle to help the machine move effortlessly for the operator. A stainless-steel squeegee with high performance Linatex blades dries the floor better than the rest. This leaves your floors clean and dry in a short amount of time.

A disk scrub deck is the most versatile for your floor scrubber. With a gimbaled mount that allows a scrub brush to conform to uneven floors, it offers exceptional performance. For flat, smooth, finished floors, a pad holder and disposable floor scrubber pads can be used. For textured and uneven floors, you can choose from a wide variety of scrub brush fibers and grits, tailored to your surface and soil combination.

Tip Back Tank walkie

Large Clear Lid walkie
For customers experienced with our cleaning equipment, having a continuous view of the dirty water recovery tank is convenient. This feature offers real-time visibility of the water level, foam, debris tray, vacuum's white vac filter, and more.
The fully accessible recovery tank stands out as a key cost-saving feature, as the lid can be opened to clean out the recovery tank, removing odors and potential airborne contaminants but also minimizes the risk of inhalation by employees.
Steel Frame walkie
The steel frame offers a through-bolt assembly with stainless fasteners for easier service and longevity. All assemblies mount directly to 7-ga (3/16” thick) steel frame.
Accidental damage to bumpers, decks, wheels, or over tensioning the frame during transport will not damage our tanks since we don’t bolt collision points to the poly tank
Baffle System
The dirty water passes into our drain saver basket, and then fills up the rear side of the baffle such that the foam doesn’t migrate to the front where the stainless screen and float ball operates
The stainless screen and white vacuum filter offer protection and ensure good airflow (squeegee performance)
Patented Bandeau System walkie
Earning a US Patent, the black bandeau is vacuumized and holds 1-gallon of foam or dirty water away from the vac motor, backing up the primary filters and balls screens.
The “unloader” valve automatically drains off any residual water when vac is OFF and the yellow muffler box reduces noise and directs any digested water out of tube, alerting the operator to potential problem.
Stainless Squeegee walkie
The exposed portions to recovery water is stainless. Featuring locking locking latches for the front and rear areas. Available with a range of blades for various floors and applications.
