Parts ManualThe Recon battery floor scrubber design is compact and simple. With intuitive controls minimal operator training is required for your cleaning staff to achieve exceptional results. The Recon’s durable construction means many years of dependable service and minimal repairs. This auto scrubber can accommodate modest budgets while offering impressive performance.
The construction of the Recon affords exceptional scrub deck protection against impact as the scrub head is surrounded by a welded steel frame. This machine excels in garages, service centers, convenience stores, small retail environments and is much more efficient than mop and bucket cleaning.
The Recon’s disk scrub brush system allows maximum contact with the floor and exceptional brush life. The brushes are available in a variety of fibers with shower feed solution ports to air in water control and evenly distribute the cleaning solution. With the included pad holder, a variety of cleaning pads can be selected to best clean the floor surface in your facility. Both pad holders and brushes are gimbaled and pivot to accommodate irregular floors for the cleanest floors

A disk scrub deck is the most versatile for your floor scrubber. With a gimbaled mount that allows a scrub brush to conform to uneven floors, it offers exceptional performance. For flat, smooth, finished floors, a pad holder and disposable floor scrubber pads can be used. For textured and uneven floors, you can choose from a wide variety of scrub brush fibers and grits, tailored to your surface and soil combination.

Spray Wand compact
The spray wander can be used to easily rinse out the Recovery Tank using the machines own solution. It also allows for its user to pre-soak the floors before scrubbing.
Onboard Charger compact
Charge your device anywhere in the facility with our convenient plug-and-forget charger. LED indicator lights display the current charge status for easy monitoring.
WET/ AGM Battery Options compact
The WET / AGM Battery options allows you to choose between a variety of battery options. Each battery is optimized for its application. This allows for optimal run and charge times.

The flip wand serves primarily three main functions: applying solution, scrubbing the ground with a manual scrub brush, and features a powerful suction that recovers water into the recovery tank
Brushes and Pads compact
Depending on the floor, the right Brush or Pad can make or break the cleaning performance. Luckily there are a number of selections to ensure the best performance to match the floor type
Squeegees compact
Various squeegees range from Gum Rubber which has a low cost, Urethane which is oil resistant and Linatex which is resistant to abrasions.

Large Clear Lid compact
For customers experienced with our cleaning equipment, having a continuous view of the dirty water recovery tank is convenient. This feature offers real-time visibility of the water level, foam, debris tray, vacuum's white vac filter, and more.
The fully accessible recovery tank stands out as a key cost-saving feature, as the lid can be opened to clean out the recovery tank. This process not only removes odors and potential airborne contaminants but also minimizes the risk of inhalation by employees.
Baffle System compact
The dirty water passes into our drain saver basket, and then fills up the rear side of the baffle such that the foam doesn’t migrate to the front where the stainless screen and float ball operates.
The stainless screen and white vacuum filter offer protection and ensure good airflow (squeegee performance).
